Our storage units do not have power outlets though there are power outlets throughout our buildings.

Can You Ship to a Storage Unit?
You may ship to a storage unit and meet the delivery truck. You may not have any portable storage units or trucks without the cab dropped at the facility. We also do not accept mail for tenants.
Do You Need Good Credit to Rent a Storage Unit?
We do not check your credit.
Do I Have to Sign a Long Term Lease?
All rentals are one month minimum and are month to month after the first month.
Does Fairfax City Self Storage Have Hidden Fees?
We have no hidden fees!
What Type of Security Does Fairfax City Self-storage Have?
Our facility is fully gated 24/7 and we have cameras throughout the facility (both inside and out).
What Do I Need to Rent a Storage Unit?
To rent a storage unit you need to fill out a contract and pay for your first month's rent plus a security deposit.
Can I Go to My Storage Unit Anytime?
Once you have rented a storage unit, you can access the unit 24/7/365.
Does Fairfax City Self-storage Offer On-site Trash Disposal?
We have a dumpster on site for SMALL amounts of trash only.
